All samples must be identified with sample numbers in waterproof ink or with sample tags in the bags. Efficient turnaround can be accomplished by packaging samples neatly and in order. Detailed instructions (submission form) must accompany samples, as well as any applicable quotation numbers. MSDS sheets have to accompany any hazardous samples.
