1. Tensile Testing

Results include yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and reduction in area. Plastic strain ratio (r) and work hardening exponent (n) calculations are available. We test flat, round, wire and tube specimens. For tensile test samples, eight inches long are usually required, undersize samples of three inches might be sufficient.

2. Charpy Impact Testing

Typical measurements include testing 3 specimens at 250C to -2000C range. We accept standard and Weld/HAZ samples. Submit weld samples 10 inches wide and 17 inches along the weld

3. Hardness & Microhardness

We perform stationary (1-3 point test) or traverse (8 point test) Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers and Durometer tests.

4. Load, Compression and Guided Bend Testing

For bend test please submit samples of 10-12 inches.
