SAMPLE DISPOSAL, RETURN AND STORAGE
Please indicate on your Request For Analysis form whether the samples should be returned, disposed, or retained after analysis.
- All pulps are stored for free up to 90 days after analysis
- All rejects are stored for free up to 60 days after analysis
Return of Samples:
Samples can be returned either immediately after analysis or after the free storage period. Samples will be returned to the client at cost + 15% processing fee.
Disposal:
There is an additional fee per sample if you choose to have your samples disposed after the free storage period. Incineration: All soil, sediment, and vegetation material being submitted to Canada and originating from outside of Canada require incineration prior to disposal under CFIA regulations.
Storage:
Pulps and Rejects will incur a storage fee after the free storage period listed above.
